Free Shipping: For all orders over $75.00 we offer Free Shipping within the U.S.

 

Shipping: Products ordered from a registry will all be shipped once it it confirmed by registrant. Items purchased not within a registry that is in stock will usually be processed and shipped within 2 business days. If the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or on backorder we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email. In stock item ship right away, some items that aren’t in stock can take between 2 and 4 weeks.

 

Return Policy: Kallah Registry offers a 30 day return policy. Non-Defective returns will be accepted within 30 days from the ship date for credit or exchange. Credits are good for one year from the date of issuance. All items that are purchased by oneself, and not received as a gift, will receive a refund in the original form of payment. Merchandise received as a gift will be issued back as an exchange or store credit. We reserve the right to refuse a return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the ship date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is to pay the return shipping. Items that qualified for free shipping, will have the shipping amount deducted from the return.

Once a registrant confirms to have an order shipped and then wants to cancel or return, there is a 20% restocking fee.

  • -All products returned must contain all original boxes, packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

  • -To exchange or return, please Login to your account and issue a return to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA) before shipping your product back. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RA Number.

  • -Kallah Registry strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Be sure that the carrier can provide you with a Proof of Delivery/Tracking Number. We are not responsible for any returns that do not reach us, or returns that are received damaged.

 

Registries That are Eligible for a Free Gift: If your Registry was eligible for a free gift, please note that returns are limited and will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. In addition, too many returned items will render the registry ineligible for the free gift.

 

Damaged Products Return Policy: If your order arrives damaged, please be sure to save the product and the original box and packing materials it arrived in. Notify Kallah Registry within three days of receiving your item to arrange for a carrier inspection and pickup of the damaged product. Kallah Registry will pay freight on return of the defective product to the customer and will either replace or repair the item.

  • -In the event that you do not receive the product you ordered, please contact us at info@kallahregistry.com to arrange to pick up the incorrect product at no charge to the customer. Please report the problem at the time you receive your order.
